The Vitality Habit Index

Virtual event
Online

We are hosting the launch of a new research paper by Vitality and the London School of Economics, emphasising the role of habits in our long-term health and longevity.

The study contains important findings, collected from over one million Vitality members in South Africa and the United Kingdom, which show that good, strong physical activity and nutrition habits can have significant implications for health outcomes and healthcare systems.

The event will expand on the findings and their implications, featuring world-leading speakers and experts in the fields of health, wellness, behaviour change, and habit formation. Speakers and panellists include: Professor Cass Sunstein, Harvard Law School; Adrian Gore, CEO of Discovery; Professor Joan Costa-Font, London School of Economics; Professor Devi Sridhar, University of Edinburgh Medical School; and Dr Katie Tryon, Vitality UK.
